The tea towel i ordered from ToDryFor.com came today! I chose this design by Lisa Jones Studio.

I'm now thinking, it's too nice to actually be used.
Like, i said here's a bit on Jeffrey Brown. Jeffrey Brown is a comic book, writer/ artist from Michigan and this is his blog. The illustrations say the rest.
I got my very own, very sweet gingerbread men making kit for a birthday present from one of my friends and decided to make one for each of my housemates. The likeness is uncanny. They were super tasty too!
I have made this simple envelope cushion with the gorgeous french bulldog material i got from Knit and Stitch in Harrogate. I love this material so muchand didnt want to use it all so i used black velvet for the back which is so soft and luxurious! I even added the lovely trimming around the edges.
Like i always say, these photo's are terrible and don't do the cushion justice, i'm really proud of it.
So New years Eve was amazing! And here's a couple of photos to proove it, although we're all looking pretty tired by this point.
We're having a record breaking winter and although the snow looks lovely, it's starting to grate on me now. Especially because I left my wellies back home over Christmas and apart from my Doc Martens(that blister my feet) i don't have any suitable shoes, as the snow now comes up past my ankles. I just hope i can get to Sheffield tomorrow! I'm still waiting on a few packages to arrive too, it's crazy how a bit of snow sends the country into chaos!
As you might of read in previous posts, i've asked friends of mine to each draw whatever they like on plates for me, using pottery paint pens, which in my new house in the new year i will be hanging on the wall. Yesterday i got a little surprise when my good friend Richard came round with this little gem (B) Owl, get it?
Seeing Richards, i think inspired Lucy (Paper Fox, my partner in crime at Fox Bunting) to get her's done. So whilst we had a few guests round last night for a warm up for NYE tonight, Lucy came up with this, which i think is amazing. Seriously!
Happy New Year!
